David Brooks is a 1989 graduate of the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University. He graduated cum laude and served as the Executive Editor of the Brigham Young University Law Review.
David has over 20 years experience representing a wide range of clients in litigation and corporate contexts. He has represented Fortune 500 companies
in multi-million dollar lawsuits and has also represented and advised technology start-up companies on a variety of business issues ranging from government regulation to intellectual property ownership and licensing issues. He is a member of the State Bar of Arizona and has been admitted to practice before the courts in Arizona, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Tax Court.
David currently serves on the City of Mesa Judicial Advisory Board (a group that reviews judicial appointments and reappointments) and is active as a Scoutmaster with the Boy Scouts of America and various assignments in his church.
