David Maxwell

President of California at Graybar Electric Company, Inc. since July 2003 until December 2014 and was responsible for the operation and profitability of the California District. He was first employed in 1985 as a financial manager and has worked for in various capacities, including District Marketing Manager, Branch Manager, General Manager, International and Director, International Sales. From 2001 to July 2003, he served as Vice President – Comm/Data Sales. He serves as a Vice President of the Western Region Council of National Association of Electrical Distributors. He has attended the KPMG 10th Annual Audit Committee Issues Conference: Governance Challenges & Priorities Driving the 2014 Agenda, the KPMG 9th Annual Audit Committee Issues Conference: Governance Challenges & Priorities Driving the 2013 Agenda and the Audit Committees in a New Era of Governance Executive Education Program at Harvard Business School. Mr. Maxwell’s broad-based experience in the sales arena working with customers and suppliers, coupled with his extensive industry knowledge and proven leadership skills, make him a valuable addition to the Board. Mr. Maxwell has been a Director at Graybar Electric Company, Inc. since January 1, 2013. Mr. Maxwell is also a member of the Board of Directors of the National Association of Electrical Distributors. Mr. Maxwell holds Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from California State University.
