David Leung is the Vice President of Product Development of Quosap. He manages the product development team and is responsible for designing the technology and product for Quosap. David worked at AECOM’s Building Structures Engineering and Design group. There, he spearheaded preliminary design for new construction projects in Hong Kong in addition
to performing analytical structural modeling. David earned his MS in Structural Engineering and BS in Civil Engineering with distinction from UC Berkeley. David led a National-winning civil engineering competition team in 2009 as a member of American Society of Civil Engineers. David also serves as a board member for Sai Developments, an urban residential estate development focused in Southern California.
