David is a Vice President at Pritzker Group Private Capital providing accounting and finance support for the firm’s family of companies and overseeing other strategic initiatives. Previously, David was a Manager in the Transaction Services group of Crowe Horwath LLP, where he advised private equity and corporate clients on middle-market acquisition
targets in a variety of industries. Prior to joining Crowe, David was a Senior Auditor at Deloitte & Touche LLP, where he coordinated financial statement audits of large and middle-market public and private companies.
David received his Master of Accounting Science and B.S. in accountancy with High Honors from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. David is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.
