Dave Henderson is a Founder and Managing Director at TripleTree, focused on assisting business owners and executive teams in strategically planning and executing successful transactions. In addition, he serves as the firm's Chief Compliance and Chief Accounting Officer. With a well-rounded perspective on investment banking, he has helped craft
the vision and build the firm to provide industry-leading advisory services based upon proprietary research and senior-level, hands-on involvement.
Prior to founding TripleTree, Dave spent more than two decades as a venture capitalist, senior operating executive, and Certified Public Accountant. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of a $400 million asset bank holding company. In addition, he served as the Chief Operating Officer at Republic Telcom Corporation. As a venture investor, he has served on the Board of Directors for numerous public and private companies, working closely with executive teams to develop and implement successful business and financing strategies. He began his career at Arthur Andersen.
Dave is a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of Moorhead State University.
