David Guise was appointed Director of Human Resources (HR) in October 2012.
Prior to his appointment, David was Group HR Director for five years for Home Retail Group plc, a UK merchandise retailer including brands such as Argos, Homebase and Habitat.
Prior to this, David held a number of roles with Diageo plc over an 18 year career. His
roles included Director of Talent and Organisation Strategy, Regional HR Director for Asia-Pacific and HR Director, Key Markets.
David started his career with Ford Motor Company where he held a number of Employee Relations and HR roles.
