After working with Agencyport as a consultant for several months, Dave joined full time in 2007. As head of the Professional Services team, he is responsible for the success of all implementations and the ongoing satisfaction of our production customers. Dave began his career at John Hancock Financial Services, managing the Term Life Insurance
e-Business Distribution Group. He later served as a technology consultant for various companies in the insurance industry. Dave is a certified Scrum Master (CSM) and holds a Bachelor’s degree from Berklee College of Music.
