David Ferland is the Software Development Manager at EquiSoft since October 2012. Employed at EquiSoft since 2006, David has grown and evolved within the company and is now in charge of the Software Development Team. continues creating innovative solutions. To do so, David established a continuous learning and knowledge sharing culture within the team. David also worked on improving the development processes by setting a clear workflow and by modernizing the tools and platforms used by the Development Team.
With a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Université du Québec à Montréal, David has more than 14 years in Software Development.
