I oversee the day-to-day domestic and international operations of our call center, key accounts, and customer service support teams. Since joining REM nearly 14 years ago, my objective has been to build strong long-term relationships with REM’s customers, and ensure that quality
and service exceed expectations. The quality of dedication and customer satisfaction is integral for REM’s success and my support teams and I are passionate about leading the way – applying REM’s core values in all internal and external communications.
