Dr David Camfield is a researcher in the areas of neuroscience, creativity and innovation. His Doctoral thesis was on the releationship of the personality trait Openness to Experience’ to intelligence, creativity, Emotional intelligence (genos EI) and neurobiology. He is currently working with the Australian Institute of Workplace Innovation in
the development of a Multifactor Innovation scale for the measurement of predictors of succesful workplace innovation.
