David is a Managing Director with Susquehanna Growth Equity. He leads portfolio growth and operations where he partners with founders and their teams to accelerate growth. His philosophy is based on directly collaborating with portfolio companies on their key strategic, go-to-market, talent, and operational topics. He is also responsible for
SGE-sponsored community building and events. He is particularly passionate on data-driven decision making and customer success.
Before SGE, David was the COO of SAP’s industry-specific, finance, and supply-chain software sales organizations, with functional responsibility for operations, marketing, enablement, and strategic topics. Prior, he was a Principal at the Boston Consulting Group working on a variety of growth strategy, pricing, sales force effectiveness, and operational excellence projects. He started his career founding MarchingOrder.com in 1999, a cloud company focused on making graduation ceremonies better for everyone.
David graduated with an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University with distinction where he was Siebel Scholar. He also has a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School and a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania.
