Dr. Arkin completed his undergraduate degree in 1980 from Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. He then returned to Georgia where he attended medical school at the Emory University School of Medicine. After graduation from Medical School, he completed his residency in Internal Medicine and a fellowship in
Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism at Emory Affiliated Hospitals.
