David is a venture capital and angel investor with focus on young, high-growth tech start-ups in Europe. He has been an investment professional at aws Gründerfonds – Austria’s most active venture capital fund with around EUR 70 million under management – where he led and was involved in several transactions across various industries. Before he
gained work experience trading linear equity derivatives at UniCredit. David studied business administration at the Vienna University of Economics and then received an MSc in Banking and Finance at the University of Innsbruck and Aarhus School of Business.
