Dave is the Head of the European Investment Team, and is a Partner of the firm. He joined Vision Capital in 2003 and is now responsible for all aspects of the development and management of the European investment team, including overseeing all origination, portfolio and execution activities. He is also a member of the Investment Committee.
In
addition to Dave’s leadership responsibilities, he has led or executed transactions involving the following companies: United Initiators, BrightHouse, Pirtek Europe, Elegant Hotels, Masstock Arable, Trident Components Group, Dunlop Latex Foam, Avebury Taverns, RoadChef and Abrasive Technologies. He currently sits on the boards of BrightHouse, Pirtek Europe, Elegant Hotels and United Initiators.
Dave is a Chartered Accountant, having trained with KPMG. He graduated from the University of Warwick with a first class degree in Mathematics, Operational Research, Statistics and Economics.
Dave was listed in the Financial News 2013 “40 under 40” rising stars of the European private equity industry.
