Dave Keung has been Vice President and Head of Global Network & Establishment Services for China and Emerging Markets of American Express Co. since October 2004. Mr. Keung is responsible for managing the overall merchant business in China. He also plays an active role in driving the Global Network Services strategy, building partner
relationship and implementing various partnership projects. Mr. Keung leads and manages the partner relationship with ICBC and provides direction for the implementation of ICBC American Express project. Mr. Keung joined American Express in 1988, and has worked in various positions in Global Establishment Services since 1989, including sales and marketing, business development and partnerships development. Prior to his new appointment, he was the Director and Market Head, China, Philippines & Emerging Markets, Establishment Services. Mr. Keung holds a BBA and MBA from University of Houston, USA. He is a member of the US - China Business Council, a private, non-profit, non-partisan, and member-supported organization, which analyzes issues of importance to the future Sino-US relations.
