As a Conflict Engagement Specialist, Dave is asked to investigate the causes of internal or external conflict, facilitate difficult negotiations and mediate disputes and grievances. He also helps companies evaluate the feasibility and effectiveness of their dispute resolution policies and procedures as well as coordinate the development and implementation of new conflict management programs.
He is a qualified Texas Mediator (Under Section 154.052 of the Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code) and has extensive training and experience in Workplace Conflict, Generational Conflict, Dispute Resolution Systems Design for Organizations, Gender and Cultural Conflict, Organizational Ombudsman Practices, Mediation, Arbitration, Identifying Personal Conflict Styles, Negotiation, Online Dispute Resolution, Employment Law, Psychology of Conflict, Body Language and Non-Verbal Communication.
