Dave Denslow is the ESG-Innovation-Smart Building-Construction at Catalyst Innovation Lab. He was a former Managing Director of Global Innovations and Building Systems at GREYSTAR.
Dave leads the building systems team and smart building project for Greystar and is responsible for the design and implementation of the connected building
infrastructure globally. In his tenure at Greystar, Dave has overseen all aspects of maintenance operations, construction services, renovations, and policies and procedures for US Management Services and has previously overseen various groups including sustainability & telecom. Dave has an MBA from the University of Detroit Mercy and an engineering degree from Michigan State University.
