Dave oversees Dyn’s legal team, and is responsible for all aspects of the company’s legal matters. Dave is an alumnus of Nixon Peabody LLP, where he practiced in the Global Business Transactions and Private Equity groups. In private practice, he represented strategic and financial buyers and sellers of publicly and privately held businesses and
served as outside general counsel to technology companies.
Dave has been recognized as a New England Super Lawyer, Rising Star each year from 2009-2013 by Law and Politics Magazine. He has been recognized by the New Hampshire Business and Industry Association and the Union Leader as one of Forty under 40 emerging leaders in the state.
A graduate of the University of New Hampshire and the University of California, Hastings College of the Law.
