I’m an experienced medical doctor, personal fitness trainer, company founder, and early-to-mid-stage start up health product lead with an array of overlapping skills including understanding health behaviour, product design,
and business model innovation — in the health, fitness, nutrition, and sports supplements space.
I try and stay focussed on problems that through innovation or contrarian thinking, have very simple solutions. As a result I continue to build companies, consult to projects, and maintain a medical/fitness practice. My main skill in being able to understand what people need in order to improve their health, and what truly stands in their way — and this is where innovation resides.
