Daniel Knisley, MBA, Radiance chief financial officer, is responsible for creating the Company's profit strategies, fundraising, investor relations, and overseeing & managing the financial well-being of Radiance to enable current & long-term Company product initiatives. Knisley brings forth over 21+ years of experience as a finance and
operations executive in Fortune 100 Companies. Knisley was a former CFO of Hewlett-Packard Enterprise, a former CFO of HP, Inc., and the former CFO of Electronic Data Systems.
During this time, Knisley managed technology outsourcing contracts ranging from $275M to $2B in annual revenues. He also designed and managed large delivery organizations providing outsourced services in technology, applications, and business processes, as well as working for clients in multiple industries including financial, manufacturing, communications, retail, and government. After renewing a key client contract for 10 years and $7B, he successfully expanded operations globally and implemented legal entities and financial operations in 45 countries across four continents. Additionally, Knisley increased profit margins 700 basis points in the first year of another key client contract through revenue growth and expense management. Knisley’s big company skillset translated well when he helped turn around an entrepreneurial venture through hands-on process improvement and quality assurance programs, which not only improved product quality but helped reduce product defects and maintenance costs. Knisley was able to improve cash flow which resulted in debt reduction and asset investment.
Knisley earned his Master of Business Administration from Virginia Polytech Institute and State University-Pamplin College of business, as well as his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Liberty University.
