Dan leads our product and user experience efforts. Before joining Leap Motion, he was a product manager at Google focused on software infrastructure, developer platforms, and open source projects. At Google, Dan initially contributed to the web-search backend and datacenter management. He also helped establish Apache Shindig, co-founded the
OpenSocial Foundation, and later guided the developer community and federation protocol efforts around Google Wave. Dan earned a BS in Computer Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with minors in Technology & Management and Philosophy.
