Dan is responsible for leading and scaling Balihoo’s sales team, with a focus on adding new customers to the company's roster of well-known brands. He brings over 20 years of software sales and sales leadership experience to Balihoo and has been instrumental in scaling sales performance for several enterprise software companies from early stage, through rapid growth, and to successful IPO or acquisition. Prior to joining Balihoo, Dan was SVP of Sales at Anaplan where his leadership contributed to Anaplan becoming one of the fastest growing SaaS companies in history.
He served as SVP Sales at SAVO for seven years, fueling double and triple digit growth throughout his tenure. Previously, he served as VP of sales for Agile Software and MatrixOne (both of which enjoyed successful IPOs), and VP of Sales at Open Ratings (later acquired by Dunn and Bradstreet).
Dan holds a BS in Business Administration from Miami University.
He and his wife Pam enjoy spending time with their four kids. Dan is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hiking, cycling, competitive sporting clay shooting, and fly fishing.
