Lauren Smith is responsible for strategic client account relationships and account delivery across industries (such as cable/MSO, wireless, energy and financial services). Lauren oversees the ClickFox team of professionals who deliver consulting, analytics and training services accompanying software implementations. As EVP, he works with
clients to develop big data analytics strategies and ensures teams deliver actionable insights. Prior to joining the executive team, Lauren served as the SVP of Business Solutions for more than five years, overseeing all journey analytics programs. His management and consulting background also includes working with companies such as Accenture and Slalom Consulting. He holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University.
