His educational journey led him to Lehigh University, where he obtained a degree with a focus on computer science and FinTech. Notably, his final thesis delved into blockchain technology, focusing
on friction reduction in the municipal bond market-an early indicator of his commitment to exploring innovative solutions. At State Street Corporation, Mr. Evans began his professional journey by immersing himself in the investment management software division. There, his focus was on portfolio management and trading, contributing to the development of innovative product enhancements. Collaborating closely with software developers, he delved into the code to bring these enhancements to life. His role extended to business analysis in the front office, where he gained invaluable insights into client workflows across diverse markets such as fixed-income, emerging markets, derivatives, asset-backed securities, and FX. This experience equipped him to identify and address inefficiencies within the trading system, optimizing processes and enhancing overall performance. Recently, Mr. Evans achieved a significant milestone in his career by obtaining the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certiticate.
