With over 20 years of experience managing large-scale solar projects and mixed-use master plan community development, Clay brings a wealth of renewable energy and real estate experience to Forum. Clay joins us from BrightSource Energy, where he was a Senior Director managing a diverse portfolio of utility-scale solar projects. He brings a long and
successful track record of managing real estate contracts, developing strategy for large-scale project execution, and leading organizations through complex transactions.
Clay leads the Energy and Renewables Division focusing on leadership of Forums Ground Lease Program including the creation of the business unit’s strategic plan, relationship development, deal origination, management of deal process, execution and maintenance.
