Mr. Jett is a Managing Director at Corigin. He is primarily responsible for the CMA platform and its property management affiliate. He has been operating the day-to-day oversight and direction of their New York University (NYU) student-housing portfolio since 2009. Corigin’s NYU student housing portfolio includes five buildings master-leased to
NYU, containing 715 apartments and housing 2,400 students.
Prior to joining Corigin, Mr. Jett worked for City Center Investments where he served as its Senior Project Manager on various multi-family projects.
Mr. Jett served in the United States Coast Guard for three years and graduated summa cum laude from the University of Buffalo with a BA in Political Science.
