Christian Broda has a long history with economics. In 1997 he would graduate from the Universidad de San Andres in Argentina with a degree in Economics. From there he would pursue a Masters from MIT, followed by his PhD.
Currently, Christian Broda plies his trade with Duquesne Capital Management, and has been frequently involved with many different hedge fund start-ups. Broda is also known for the great many papers he's published through the American Economic Review and the Quarterly Journal of Economics, on the subject of international finance and trade.
Prior to working at Duquesne Capital Management, Broda was a tenured professor of Economics at the University of Chicago. He is married and has 2 sons.
