Chris is a HCM, Payroll and Compensation Functional Consultant with over 30 years' experience in IT system implementations. His particular specialism is the PeopleSoft suite of applications, and he has gained deep experience in the Financial Services sector through his work with many complex programmes for large blue-chip organisations.
Chris has worked in the IT industry since leaving college, and was Managing Director of Crocus Consulting following its formation in November 2000 until its acquisition by Inoapps in December 2013, presiding over Crocus' rise to its final position as the premier UK-based Oracle Partner specialising in PeopleSoft applications.
Chris is now responsible for the Applications division of Inoapps. He is a well-known figure in the PeopleSoft user community and regularly presents at Local User Groups and courses at Oracle's office in Reading.
He is also chairman of the PeopleSoft Global Payroll Special Interest Group, a co-operative organisation independent of Oracle consisting of a number of organisations with large UK workforces.
