Chen Shuang serves as Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of China Everbright Limited. Additionally he is the Chairman of the Management Decision Committee and a member of the Executive Committee and the Strategy Committee of the Board and he responsible for the overall operation of China Everbright Limited. Chen Chen is also a director
and deputy general manager of China Everbright Holdings Company Limited, a director of Everbright Securities Company Limited, a supervisor of China Everbright Bank Company Limited, an independent director of Noah Holdings Limited, and an independent non-executive director of China Nonferrous Mining Corporation Limited. He is currently a non-official member of Financial Services Development Council, the Chairman of Chinese Financial Association of Hong Kong, the Vice-Chairman of Chinese Securities Association of Hong Kong and the visiting professor of East China University of Political Science and Law. Chen Chen is a qualified lawyer in the PRC and a senior economist. Prior to joining China Everbright Group, he was the Chief of the Legal Department of Bank of Communications.
