Charlie Shaver is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Nouryon. Prior to joining Nouryon in 2018, Mr. Shaver served as Chairman and CEO of Axalta Coating Systems Ltd., a global coatings company. He was also an Operating Partner of private equity firms Golden Gate Capital and The Carlyle Group, as well as CEO and President of the TPC Group Inc.
Mr. Shaver, began his career with The Dow Chemical Company, where he held a series of operational, engineering and business positions from 1980 to 1996.
Mr. Shaver has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University.
