Charlie Jadallah is a Partner at Darwin Ventures. Charlie is both an entrepreneur and experienced international and business development manager with a long, demonstrable track record of success.
Charlie was a founder and Executive Vice President for Merchant e-Solutions running Business Development, Bank Sales, and Corporate Development.
Merchant e-Solutions offers end-to-end payment solutions and was acquired by Cielo in 2012 for $670 million. Previously, Charlie worked in Oracle's strategic business development group launching e-commerce, venture capital, and business development initiatives.
Prior to his time with Oracle, Charlie was an early Netscape Communications employee. As Senior Director of Business Development for the global financial services sector Charlie created and implemented sales and marketing plans and also crafted Netscape's e-commerce and payment initiatives. Charlie began his career at Visa USA/International in various positions including strategic planning, business/product development, operations and information systems.
Charlie received a B.S. in Finance and Investments from San Diego State University and a M.B.A. from Notre Dame de Namur.
