My background is customer service, from working in hotels to estate agency it's been about the customer and how i could enhance their experience be that through the sale / purchase of their home or an overnight stay at a hotel. Even in a company like Habitats there is still a huge customer service element, we have to make sure that our
platform is easy to use so people feel they are getting the help they need through careful prompting, guides whilst not having the direct contact normally associated with selling or renting a home.
