Caitlin founded Authentic Social in 2016 after writing her undergraduate sociology honors thesis on how digital communication affects relationships, communication, and social interaction.Authentic Social brings an education-forward approach to sociotechnical systems strategy, with a focus in social selling, communication, & people operations
for hybrid and remote organizations.
Concurrently, Caitlin conducts ongoing independent sociological research, with a focus in technology's effect on conversation and sociotechnical systems. Some further areas of focus include the future of work & artificial intelligence and human interaction. Beyond integrating the research into Authentic Social's processes, she presents at conferences across the United States, Europe, and Asia.
