Bryan H. Hall is Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Liberty Global plc. Mr. Hall joined Liberty Global in January 2012 and he also holds similar positions with various subsidiaries of Liberty Global. Mr. Hall is an executive officer of Liberty Global and sits on the company's Executive Management Committee.
Prior to
joining Liberty Global, Mr. Hall served as secretary and general counsel of Virgin Media Inc. from June 2004 - January 2011. While at Virgin Media Inc., Mr. Hall was responsible for all legal affairs affecting Virgin Media, and matters concerning regulatory, competition, government affairs and media relations issues. He had a leading role in the company's merger and acquisition and finance transactions, as well. From September 2000 to June 2004, Mr. Hall was a partner in the corporate department of the law firm Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP in New York, specializing in public and private acquisitions and acquisition financings.
Mr. Hall received his law degree from Indiana University School of Law (J.D.1987, magna cum laude). He is admitted to practice in the State of Colorado and New York.
