As an active real estate investor myself, I understand the challenges of scaling a portfolio and how essential affordable capital is to long term growth. Deal Street Capital was built around that insight,
offering streamlined lending, industry low fees, and a level of service designed to support investors at every stage.
Over the past 20 years, I’ve been involved in the acquisition, management, and sale of more than $2 billion in real estate assets across multiple markets and strategies. From fix and flip projects to long term rental portfolios and new development, I have firsthand experience with the opportunities and obstacles investors face every day.
In addition to leading Deal Street Capital, I wrote Flip Mastery, Rental Mastery, BRRRR Mastery, and Build Mastery to help investors strengthen their skills and avoid common pitfalls. My goal has always been to share practical knowledge, simplify complex decisions, and help investors move with confidence.
