Mr. Ferguson joined Penson Financial Services in 2003 to lead the development of Penson's next generation of high performance trading systems. He subsequently served as Senior Vice President of the Shared Technology Services group. After 7 years with Penson Financial Services, he was named President of Nexa in December of 2010 and in 2012 he
assumed the additional role of Chief Information Officer of all of Penson. After the acquisition of Nexa Technologies by Federation des caisses Desjardins du Quebec in April 2013 he was asked to stay on as Managing Director to lead and grow the company in its new mission as a Desjardins company.
