Bruce has over 30 years of experience in finance, accounting, and audit with both private and public companies, including LifeWorks, Stratix, Liaison, TRX, Georgia Pacific, Southern Company and BellSouth. He has experience in implementing, building and running a strong Finance organization in both US and multinational corporations. Previously, Mr.
Candebat served as VP of Finance as fast-paced, private tech and services companies focused on both organic growth and acquisitions. He played a key role in the sale of LifeWorks to Morneau Shepell in July 2017. In the public company sector, Mr. Candebat held leadership roles responsible for public company reporting, and in 2000, was a lead IPO team for the spinoff of Southern Companies Spin-Off of Southern Energy, Inc. Mr. Candebat is a CPA, CGMA, CIA and CISA.
