Brooke has established training programs, administrative operations, workable protocols, administrative policy & strong internal communications for many government, manufacturing & other private entities, including such large organizations as the U.S. Navy, where as Lieutenant Commander, she ran and validated U.S. Navy manpower requirements
in preparation for Desert Shield & Desert Storm. Among her other Human Resources duties, Brooke provides the training programs necessary to properly integrate entry level workers into Watlington's expanding San Francisco footprint and is responsible for building and maintaining the company's infrastructure.
