Brian Love’s research focuses on patent law, intellectual property, and other issues at the intersection of law and technology policy. His articles have been published by, among others, the Boston University Law Review, University of Pennsylvania Law Review, and the Washington University Law Review, and his work has been cited by the Federal Trade
