Brian has dedicated his career to improving the management and operation of motor carriers. He has in-depth experience in the areas of operations, marketing, purchasing, safety, and industry public relations. products, focusing on results, negotiating and resolving conflicts, and planning strategies and budgets.
As a Vice President with Landstar Systems and an Executive Vice President with Landstar Inway, Brian had primary responsibility for executing operational initiatives that delivered significant value to the company. Examples of these initiatives include implementing programs that reduced owner-operator turnover; creating and managing a buying cooperative for owner-operators, agents, and drivers; and creating the business plan for a startup Internet e-Commerce catalog business to service the operating needs of trucking companies.
Brian received his bachelor's degree in Behavioral Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA from Harvard University.
