Brian Howell is an award-winning editorial photographer and artist who has exhibited both nationally and internationally. He holds a BFA from Ryerson Polytechnic University in Film & Photograph. Howell is a regular contributor to Geist, Maclean’s, and Vancouver magazine, and has published a number of books including “Fame Us”, documenting
celebrity impersonators, and “One Ring Circus”, following the minor leagues of professional wrestling.
Presented as a featured artist at Vancouver's Winsor Gallery his exhibitions have included, "Surrey Houses", "Impersonators" , and "Carts" which featured an essay by Canadian author and artist Douglas Coupland.
In addition to his career as an artist and photojournalist, Howell is a Co-Founder and Partner at Pixsel Technology, Inc. a privately held Internet Services company based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
Brian currently lives in Delta, BC with his wife and two children.
