Brian Gormley is a veteran real estate professional with over 15 years of experience and knowledge and literally thousands of transactions to his name. His skills range from big picture deal structuring to minutiae legal analysis, from on the ground site work to high-level conceptual negotiation. As an attorney, investor, title company and
brokerage owner, he has worked on Wall Street securitizing asset backed receivables, as well as on the primary market handling structured finance using 501(c)(3) tax exempt bonds and low income housing tax credits for multi-family housing projects. For the last eight-plus years, Mr. Gormley has assisted investors, other real estate professionals and homeowners with title settlements, short sale negotiation, deal structuring, corporate representation and foreclosure defense. He has also personally purchased and rehabbed millions of dollars of single-family residential properties in the greater DC-Baltimore metropolitan area.
