Brian Buhle, who worked his way up the ranks at Local 135 in Indianapolis, was appointed as Central Region Vice President in March 2010. Buhle began his career at Local 135 in 1989 and has served as business agent, Director of Organizing and Secretary-Treasurer of his local.

President of Joint Council 69. He has been a Teamster since 1989. In 2002, the Mayor of Indianapolis appointed Buhle to serve as a member of the Workforce Development Board of the Indianapolis Private Industry Council.
