Brett has worked in personnel and operations management for more than five years. During his college tenure, Brett attended Officer Candidate School and received training with the United States Marine Corps and began his professional career in the AmeriCorps National Service program. In his two-plus years of service, Brett was the Team Leader for a
disaster response operations unit, and deployed across the US and its overseas territories with the military, FEMA and American Red Cross in response to hurricane, tsunami and fire emergencies. Specializing in initial response activities, Brett oversaw supply and distribution of food and shelter during the tsunami disaster in American Samoa in 2009, and also performed work in the Gulf region in response to hurricane activity. In addition to extensive management training and field time, Brett was awarded Congressional and Presidential citations for his service. Brett currently serves as a Sr. Client Services Manager for NuEnergen, and handles much of the company’s client portfolio in New York City, New Jersey and greater Hudson Valley area. Brett also works closely with respect to daily operations in the office, and previously managed the in-house Data Support Specialist team. Brett received his Bachelor of Arts from Brandeis University in 2008 in Politics, with a concentration in International Relations, along with minors in Business and Economics.
