Mr Dickson has over 30 years experience in the financial management of companies, principally companies in early stage development of its resource or production, and offers broad financial management skills. He has been Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for a number of successful resource companies listed on the ASX, and in
addition to Rox Resources currently also acts as Company Secretary and CFO for Azure Minerals Limited.
He has had close involvement with the financing and development of a number of Greenfield resources in the oil and gas and mineral sectors.
Mr Dickson is a Certified Practising Accountant with a Bachelors Degree in Economics and Finance from Curtin University.
