Brent Metz is a technology entrepreneur. He was formerly the CEO of Felix, a local advertising company, and led its sale to InterActiveCorp (IAC) in 2012. Prior to Felix, Brent co-founded Yext, a geo-marketing cloud software company. Before Yext, he worked at IBM's Speech Recognition Labs, helping guide the Company's voice strategy and representing its efforts to the development community. Brent is a domain expert in Speech Recognition and Natural Language Understanding (NLU) technologies with patents granted covering speech and telephony analytics technologies. He completed his bachelor's degree in computer science from Virginia Tech.
