Brantley began his love of real estate and technology at a very young age being the grandson of James Simmerson and son of Dodi Simmerson who ran a successful family business in residential and commercial real estate development and portfolio management. Brantley is a licensed Florida real estate agent specializing in commercial investment and
hospitality transactions having worked for Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT and now with a smaller boutique firm in Tampa.
Brantley currently serves as the Vice President of Internet Marketing and is on the executive leadership team for a top 100 national advertising and marketing firm based in Tampa, FL. Brantley combines his passion for real estate and technology to create a truly inspired perspective of how to transact business. Brantley is a husband, father of two, enjoys volleyball, tennis and is a drummer in a local band.
