Bram joins us from the Canadian office of Standard Chartered Bank, where he was Director and Head of Canadian Mining and Metals M&A. Bram has significant experience in corporate finance, investment banking and mergers and acquisitions. He was a partner at the Toronto office of Gryphon Partners, an M&A Advisory firm – acquired in 2011 by
Standard Chartered – that focused on the resource sector. Bram has also held various roles at National Bank Financial, CIBC World Markets and IBM. Bram earned an MBA from York University’s Schulich School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from McGill University.
