Mr. Waugh is an accomplished serial entrepreneur and focuses on Healthcare IT and Internet software companies in his work with Point Judith. He currently is a board director for Antenna Software, a Point Judith portfolio company. Mr. Waugh is currently the President and CEO of
NaviNet, a leading provider of business process communications solutions to the healthcare industry. In this role, he is focused on continued expansion of NaviNet’s national provider network, delivering innovative solutions to the payer community and enhancing the financial management capabilities of the company’s NaviNet technology platform.
Brad’s career as a successful entrepreneur and executive includes experience in healthcare, financial services and information technology. Prior to joining NaviNet, he served as U.S. president and chief executive officer of Wincor-Nixdorf, a $2.6 billion financial services firm focused on the ATM and POS marketplace. In 2000, Brad founded Watch Hill Partners, Inc., a company focused on CRM optimization and mobility of Fortune 1000 companies. Watch Hill Partners was sold to MasterCard International in May 2004 as part of a new consulting unit, MasterCard Advisors.
Brad currently serves on the boards of Antenna Software and REVAL. He previously served on the boards of the RI Convention Center Authority, the Narragansett Bay Commission, ArcStream Solutions (sold to Keane) and Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island. Mr. Waugh is the founder and past president of the RI Technology Council and a past board member of Boston University
