He then began working for GMAC Mortgage in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania, where he was one of the lead point persons for the development of GMAC Mortgages new Loan Automation System for both Residential and Commercial Loans. This new Loan Origination System help transition GMAC Mortgage Loan Origination into the full .com Internet age by retiring GMAC Legacy System and provide a full Web Loan Origination System to help customers apply, and qualify for mortgage loans. In 2010 Brad joined ADT Home Security Services, the leading provider of Residential, Commercial and Government Securities Solution in Boca Raton, Florida. There, Brad is responsible coordinating all Digital Marketing Web Development work across all major ADT Sites and all ADT Microsites. He works daily with the Director of Marketing to assess current site features, functionally as well as content, and also plans and facilitates strategy sessions for all future site development work. Brad also oversees all new marketing offer development and is responsible for all site upgrades and maintenance.
